The location was very good. It was close to the beach and tram stop! staff were very attentive and pleasant. I appreciate that. breakfast was delicious, so i was happy. all contributed to a nice stay, i must say.
The room needs some tlc. The bathroom door does not shut unless you slam it.

The location proved perfect, a short walk from everything! the room was spacious and very clean. breakfast was awesome. I enjoyed the perfect way to set up for the day. ron is something else, a very cute host i've ever met!!!
the spring coil double bed proved quite uncomfortable. after one night, i considered other accommodation. this caused me to cut my visit short.

The hotel provides tv and hairdryer. An iron and ironing board were available upon request. the shower was nicely done, very clean and large. the breakfast was english with tea, coffee, juice, and toast with jam.

alisha and staff were very friendly and cute to me. the lady who served breakfast was friendly and polite, always offering assistance. easy check-in makes arrival simple, setting a relaxed tone.

the location is good and close to the sea front and tram stop. it's fifteen minutes walk to the tower and town centre. many local shops and take aways are very close to the hotel.

The breakfast selection had many options. I enjoyed the cereal, toast, fruit juice and full English. The hosts were very cute. The room was nice and neat. The shower facilities worked well.
The WiFi information provided was not clear. I had no internet access . A licensed bar was advertised, however there was none. I would not have booked if I had known this.
